The location was exceptional, the hotel lobby is literally Samyan shopping centre. It's a good shopping centre too with tons and tons of restaurants and tons of food stalls in the basement level. There's so much to eat, even if it's just a quick snack or a full meal. The Samyan MRT station is at the end of all the food stalls so you could literally get snacks and a milk tea for the MRT ride. The mall itself is a good shopping mall too with decent shops! For taxi pickups and tuktuks, the hotel was in an easily identifiable location too so a lot less hassle there with the locals. Definitely cannot beat the location. The room it self is huge, we had a twin room and the bed was very big for one person. The room also comes with a sofa/daybed and that was really nice to sit there to eat all the food we bought from the night markets. It also had a very long functional desk and a long bench for luggage. The entire room is very practical. Provided good quality slippers, not the paper ones you see in most hotels. The water pressure in the shower was almost orgasmic it was so so good. The room was very quiet, we barely heard anything from outside, be it other guests or traffic or anything noise at all. I think this is a very very good hotel for solo travellers as it is close to everything and is always busy with lots of people and traffic. It definitely feels like a very safe place to stay. Also good for families too because of how large the rooms are. We got free coffees every morning and that was actually legit good coffee too. The staff were really polite and helpful.

Room was clean and spacious, although the floor is a little dusty. You can wear their slippers. They do daily housekeeping. They have basic amenities such as towels, shower gel, shampoo (no conditioner), hair dryer etc. Bedding lean towards firm/hard. I appreciate that their shower's water system is consistent, their water does not suddenly turn cold or hot! There's 7-11 downstairs (24hours). Mitrtown is a shopping mall so after 10AM (Thai Time), you can get almost everything. There's a Big C foodplace at B1 but it's a small supermarket. Beside Mitrtown office tower, there's a cluster of restaurants and shops too. A few are open in the morning, without english menu, but you can try to guess what they are selling. Some have pictures or you can just look at what they're cooking. Service staff in hotel is very friendly, they also offer complimentary coffee or tea for you at the lobby.

The hotel is perfect. The painting in this building looks new. The light in the room is very bright. It's a great idea to put a day bed besides the window. The TV is extremely large. The shower temperature is very easy to be controlled. it's never too hot or too cold. The most important thing is the room is quite at night. The hotel is connected with underground MRT, Samyan Mitrtown shopping mall and 7-11. We also can take a bus to Siam Center. What a perfect location! We all can tell the hotel is under a great management. I think the boss really cares about customers. We will come again once we travel to Bangkok.

Excellent location. It was easy to catch a bus and go to most popular touristy destinations. Lots of nice dining places around, both inside the mall and nearby the hotel. Nice staff. When I requested for toothbrushes, they assured me that the housekeeping staff would bring them to my room. They were also reachable and very responsive when I contacted them via their app live chat. The room was very nice with a small, cozy sofa-bed corner. Phone with local SIM card was provided.

Although the breakfast was offsite inside the shopping mall connected- coffee club, the choice of breakfast was very good. The checkin staff were excellent and very helpfull. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Clean modern room and decor. 711 just down stairs and so many food choices inside the shopping mall we did not need to leave it once we arrived from a day out. This hotel would not disappoint anyone i am sure. I will definitely return again
